- Community feel for the team, very inclusive, accommodating, and reassuring. - Extensive support throughout the training/early phases of joining. - Good competitive salary - Management are transparent and concise with performance feedback.

Cons

- Even though very inclusive, most of the team work remote so seeing them in person is limited.
