      Pros

      I'm allowed to work based on my decision. My boss seems totally trust on me, and I always do my best, but not too much. I can make my work and life comfortable.

      Cons

      Maybe it's the life style in France, but I would be like them who take 2 weeks vacation every a few months. And RandD does not talk logically. They must talk about root-cause, analysis, estimation and solution for any issues. But normally they just say "it is fixed by new version." I do not understand the details and I do not think I can be improved technically. I really hate it.

      Quadient makes you feel from the first day you are part of the family, teamwork is very important to achieve the objectives and goals.

      Cons

      To date, I have not had any bad experiences.
