Wealth of sales experience within the organization, many people have been there for a decade or more, the company has adapted well to change in the industry and is pivoting in the right direction for the future, having a software background is very beneficial for where the company is heading

Cons

Not as recognizable as other tech companies, not a growing industry, not a lot of youth in the organization, the more experienced individuals are far less experienced in software
