Great Work-life balance, Niche Tech Stack

Pros

1. The compensation is great. 2. The tech stack is pretty updated and the work is challenging. 3. There is very little hierarchy and the discussions/decisions are usually transparent. 4. Frequent Team Outings/dinner/lunch , Playstation/Carrom board etc at office helps you free your mind. 5. Diverse Team, There are at least 5 languages that you can hear people speak on an average day.

Cons

None that i can think of. Current state of the company looks very positive.

Pros

-flexible work schedule -commitment to product -product is gaining a lot of traction in the market -employees get along great and many friendships have grown from my time here -competitive salaries

Cons

-certain projects within the company end up overworking the employees leading to poor morale and an unhealthy work/life balance -personally am not a fan of the DTO policy vs a PTO policy, studies have shown that employees tend to take less time off when they don't have a banked pool of vacation days, so while on the surface a flexible/"unlimited" vacation policy sounds great, it usually ends up benefiting the employer -employee turnover rate has been a problem at times

Pros

# A company with pedigree with a fresh, modern and rapidly evolving outlook towards how to solve problems with audience reach. # Work-life balance, meet deadlines set by yourself and never worry about when you want time off to take care of personal business. # Great office, spacious and not the crammed co-working upsold offices.

Cons

#None really, work can get pretty high-tempo at times, but some thrive off it, so no complains there.
