Talks Big about technology, but runs away from it!!!
Pros
The company has a lot of work to grow. Many opportunities to learn new things and show your talent. Immediate managers are good and understand the needs of their team members. Good pay.
Cons
Company is run by people who don't like technology! Lot of big talk is heard, but there is absolutely no power to deliver. These people cover their poor knowledge by talking bad about technology and paint incorrect picture to the Directors and higher-level managers. This leads to bad quality processes. The company has many hard working engineers on H1B Visa from India just being pressured by management to keep track of business processes. There is not a single USA citizen in this group . This sends a different message about how employees are treated. The middle/higher management contains a group of people who don't know technology stuff and feel satisfied knowing that some one is watching the servers on nights/weekends. The same group gives promotions to people based on how well they know people personally. Most of these "managers" spend more time on Facebook pages. The management has no feelings for anyone's personal time. Emails are sent during vacations also. Also training quality is very poor, there is no training on new things in the market.
