Pros

- Relaxed work environment - Very intelligent people - Good compensation and benefits Overall, Quaero is a great place to work and while it may have gone through some growth pains in the past, both management and employees are respectful and easy to get along with. Everybody works together well and there are zero egos involved which stands out in stark contrast when compared to most corporations. Honestly, I can say enough nice things about this place.

Cons

The people are sometimes too nice and it can be unsettling at times but I'm getting used to it.
