      This company continues to grow year after year. The family atmosphere, the open communication and the interaction between the entire staff are keys to what makes working here a rewarding experience.

      Team environment. People are treated fairly. Hard work is rewarded. Talented people progress in their careers here.

      24/7 operation so shift work is involved for those in operations.

      Pros

      Coworkers and that's pretty much it.

      Cons

      -Extremely expensive health insurance -Managarment has very little regard to personal life. -Cannot get an extra week of vacation until your 10th year with the company. -Not really in line with how other companies are conducting business -Working remotely due to bad weather is frowned upon. -Not very open to change -Wouldnt recommend unless you're working in sales. -Not much room for advancement.
