Pros

Some of the people are very nice and down to earth

Cons

The company is not open to change. Upper Management is only out for themselves and the bottom line. Not interested in employee happiness. Benefit costs are INSANE. The employee pays 80% and the employer only pays 20%.

Pros

there were some great employees

Cons

President is a control freak that changes direction on a daily basis, background is finance has no experience in any other department. The favoritism played is off the charts. Plays games, denies responsibility for anything. Worst moral I have ever seen, if it weren't for people staying because they are near retirement that dealt with prior leadership there would be NO employees
