-People are mostly nice -Always something to do -Location! -Decent base salary

Cons

-Bonus pool is shrinking (unless you're Mollenkopf), meaning you won't get a very good bonus -Stock hasn't been doing well, so stock awards aren't as good as they should be -Poor Work/Life Balance

If you are an introvert and only feel comfortable speaking to one or two people at a time, then you are doomed. Very competitive environment and it is easy to get lost in the crowd. Top heavy. Even though you helped manager save a lot of money and do quality work,if only few people know you,you remain unrecognized.
