There are no benefits to working here.

Cons

High stress.Contstanly makes you follow procedures from parent company that they yell at you for following when it takes too long. Management is only out for themselves.

I recently began working at Qualitrol earlier this year and I have been very happy with the experience. The interview process was thorough and realistic in terms of what to expect. My co-workers have been very warm, friendly and helpful, making the transition to the team smooth. New employees undergo an immersion process which really gives structure to the process of ensuring that important information is shared right away.

Cons

There are some processes that need tightening up to ensure that all tasks are being completed with consistency.

People are not treated equally. Some of the people are allowed to do what ever they want, others work hard and get no respect. Pay is low, raises are few. Not willing to let people who want to learn other jobs. Don't go there . Big turn over
