      Management needs to work together

      Good corporate background A lot of of growth opportunity

      Cons

      Management does not work together, most work against each other. No communication from top down. Decisions are made and no one is informed. Engineering team does not have any direction and seems scattered. Too many products and no focus on the future. No open door culture except for HR who always drops everything to help employees.

      HR team is really trying to make a change

      - high Vice President turn over. - high staff level turn over. - consistent missed sales forecasts leading management to release sales with short term focus. Customers know that Qualitrol will always cave at the end of the month. - management unwilling to train or help staff when problems arise. - significant ethical issues. - dishonesty during interview process from management. - management forwarded multiple projects to staff from corporate after the corporate mandated due date had passed. - micromanagement I’d like to address the previous two reviews that were left - this is not an exciting industry/company. This is a company that has not released a new product in the last three years.
