Making widgets for the electrical grid is a booming market Room to grow, upward mobility willing to pay for training/development impressive benefits- group negotiated rates on dental, vision, health, life, home, auto, 401k matching

Cons

anorexic budgets for operations high turnover is one reason for the upward mobility sweeping, top-down decisions made by offsite, disengaged leadership without validated problem statements HR and IT got outsourced to call centers in India

Pros

The best reasons are there are a few decent fellas on the shop floor. Non team leaders. And the other best bit is getting out of dodge.

Cons

This is a slave labour job. There are hardly any locals which is telling. It’s a revolting place. Better off for mental health on the dole.
