Managers are flexible, and care about the employees. The company in general has lots of great people. Lots of company wide initiatives to further your career, education, and morale.

Cons

Accountability- people who are good at what they do will have more put on their plate to work around people that aren't held accountable.

As a part of the Qualitrol team, you will be giving the opportunity to make a real difference in the performance for the company. All levels of management are accessible at any time and most are willing to take the time and help you learn. Opportunities are everywhere but you need to demonstrate your ability to be successful and show ambition and the sky is the limit.

Cons

The work load can get high and the environment can be stressful at times. It is not for everyone, but if you like a fast paced, challenging organization, Qualitrol could be your home.
