Every year you will be ask to review the company three months before thee review you wil sit though countless meeting on how you need to answer the reveiw.. Take notes, because if you do not respond the way they want you to YOU WILL BE FIRER!!!!

there are no pro, you will have to work 60 hours a week for 40 hours of pay. no advancement will be possible. they term employees who have 2 plus years, simply decause they can hirer cheeper staff

Cons

The upper management is horrible, They expect the world from their employees, the good comments placed on this web site have all been written by upper management
