Pros

Opportunity to work with and learn from subject experts who work at international sites. Allowed to work from home. Associates are good, friendly and hard-working.

Cons

No career growth. Management doesn't assign the right project or work for us. They always listened to the wrong people. They also treated us in such a way where we felt we were not part of the global Qualitrol team but some support person supporting the international team. There were weeks where we stayed back at the office till late at night. Sad work culture.

- No overtime. - No appreciation from higher management, - No clarity on salary or what you should earn for your role. Everyone is kept in the dark and on an agreed rate so your colleague could be on $6k more than yourself and you wouldn’t know
