great way to get experience, fellow associates are some of the best people to have worked with. free coffee. decent benefits package and overall healthy work-life balance.
Cons
management plays favorites, does not treat employees equally. nothing is done by HR or leadership to separate political/religious beliefs from the workplace. rumors and office gossip spreads like wildfire, especially concerning office relationships and individuals that mingle with the other gender/sex. sub-par PTO and holiday pay. grossly underpaid compared to industry standards. not a great place if prioritizing growth, mgmt keeps associates at the same levels for years on end.
