Everything. Management is poorly trained. Zero work life balance. Bad equipment. Tons of safety hazards

There are so many cons working at this place that I would never recommend it. It needs a completely new management staff right away. -Management has lack of communication and there is no organization in the way things are ran or decided -Overnight hours -No sense of protocol -Management never answers the phone or returns messages -Expended to work without proper equipment or with broken equipment -Favoritism is always shown for select drivers -Working holidays - Loads are never ready on time -Short delivery windows -No work life balnce -Company does not value its workforce
