Pros
Initially I really enjoyed my time working for QCD, the employees for the most part are pretty amazing.
Cons
There could be some aggression between male employees and management that was very uncomfortable to witness. I started to dislike my job when management would decide that we should do more work with less employees. They also changed our work ours from four 10 hour shifts into five 8 hour shifts, which meant we would likely be working five 10 hour shifts and not getting double time for the extra ten hours but time and a half. The concept of guaranteed hours is also a farce. If we finished early because of working our butts off or because there was just less work that day we weren't allowed to leave early and were told to just sit around until it was our scheduled time to leave.
