None. The bonuses they had when I started got taken when new management started to line their pockets.

Cons

Management does not care for workers at all. They over worked everyone and if someone quit or got fired they didn't replace them. The people that actually worked overtime or tried to help were treated even more poorly. The Management talked to you and treated you like trash. Company as whole is only worried about how things look on paper and about its bottom dollar.
