Pros

Working at QHS has hands down been one of the best working experiences I've encountered in my career. Everyone works together, management is understanding and supportive, schedules are flexible, pay is competitive, and plenty of room for growth.

Cons

I cannot think of a con at this time.

Pros

What makes Quality Home Services a great place to work is hands down the employees I get to work with. The abilities that they bring to the table and the way that they treat our customers is what makes us a successful business in the Central Valley. Coming to work is like working with friends and family.

Cons

I wish more could be done to recognize the wonderful work the employees do each day. I think due to the size of the company it is easy for great things to get missed.
