Pros

Company has open mind about all of there worker. Treat workers like family. Pay is also very well,and room to go up the ladder.

Cons

Need to bump vacation paid time up for years of work.

Pros

I have been working for QHS for 21 years. This is a great place to be employed. Very family and team oriented company. Owners and management make you feel that you are working for them and not just working for them. The company’s continued growth provides limitless opportunities for their employees.

Cons

Getting too big for current location. need more parking

Pros

I have had the opportunity to work for Quality Home Services for over 14 years. I have worked in, and Managed several different departments. The company's growth over the last several years and the opportunities they provide for their employees is tremendous. The thing that really sets them apart and makes it a great place to work is the ownership. They truly care about their employees and their families and want nothing but the best for all of them.

Cons

We've outgrown the building. Didn't see that coming when we moved in in 2008.
