Pros

No pros come to mind. Unfortunately, the negative aspects of the company and its management far outweighed any potential positives. Avoid this company if you value growth, communication, and being heard. Employees are often left frustrated as concerns go unresolved and suggestions for improvement are routinely dismissed. The culture starts at the top, and leadership appears unwilling to change. One of the most disappointing workplaces I have experienced. Leadership is disconnected from employees, feedback is ignored, and meaningful change rarely happens. I strongly encourage anyone considering a position here to carefully read employee reviews before accepting an offer. The biggest con is the management team and company culture. Employees who try to contribute new ideas often face resistance instead of support. Morale is low, turnover is high, and leadership does little to address the underlying problems.

Cons

Seriously, do your research before joining this company. Many of the negative reviews accurately reflect the culture. Management and upper leadership frequently ignore employee feedback, block new ideas, and create an environment where people feel undervalued and unsupported.

Pros

None. Management does not listen to employees, take feedback seriously, or make meaningful changes. Any advice would likely be ignored.

Cons

Management and senior leadership create a difficult work environment. Employees are discouraged from speaking up, and new ideas are often blocked instead of considered. Decisions seem to come from the top without regard for employee input, making it frustrating to contribute or grow within the company. If you're considering joining, I would strongly recommend researching the company carefully and reading employee reviews before accepting an offer. Avoid this company if you value being heard and supported. Management and upper leadership frequently shut down new ideas, ignore feedback, and create an environment where employees feel stuck and undervalued. Advancement and positive change are difficult because leadership appears resistant to listening to employees.

Pros

nothing the free food and tons of snacks

Cons

Please stay away from this company. The company culture is honestly one of the worst I've experienced. Management provides poor guidance, and there seems to be very little interest in improving processes or learning from employee feedback. They are resistant to new ideas and rarely take meaningful steps to improve the workplace. Employees' concerns often go unheard, and it feels like leadership does not truly listen to or value its staff. I made the mistake of joining before reading the reviews, and I wish I had paid more attention to them. If you're considering working here, do your research and think carefully before making a decision. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I would not recommend this company to others.
