Thanks for the review! The culture at Qualtrics is pretty special, and I know it's a major part of what keeps me engaged. Change is definitely part of the company culture. When you're at the forefront of technology, creating a category, investing heavily in agentic AI, and doing a lot of novel work it does mean that the organization needs to be nimble & the people need to be responsive to change. I can see where that could feel volatile, but with the roadmap shared by our leaders I think it's easier to understand the purpose of those changes as they arise. We are continuously improving our communications, and really appreciate feedback from folks about opportunities to improve. It's led to several changes in communications already this year. Dedication to continuous improvement is key for everyone on the team.
