Pros

Amazing talent, smart coworkers, great office, great benefits including 3% 401k gifted to you, on top of an additional 3% for part-time workers, great swag, super flexible hours, etc. Company with a great present and future.

Cons

Day to day work is a grind. What you actually do for work is the worst part unfortunately. Focus on call volume over quota performance.

Pros

Company culture has been second to none until now, will be interesting to see if this can be maintained when the IPO happens. Free macbook pro, clothes and food are all great perks as well as all of the usual health stuff.

Cons

Depending on the type of person you are the location can be both good and bad. Most employees feel they are very under paid and don't see Qualtrics as a long term option. There is very little structured training in Qualtrics.
