Pros

-Successful company that is doing really well right now. Lots of long-term growth opportunity. -Transparency. Promotion path is very clear and the company prides itself on open information flow. Weekly company meetings (TGIT) gives everyone company updates. -The people. Everyone who works here is incredibly intelligent and hard working. They do a great job of hiring the right people. You will have the chance to meet and network with a ton of people around your age which is super valuable especially if you are just starting off your career. Managers are there to help you succeed and are great leaders. The leadership here is amazing. Lots of people to learn from. -Autonomy. No micromanagement at Qualtrics, at least in sales. -The culture. Catered meals 4 days a week, snacks on deck, coffee and coke machine. Wear whatever you want. Massage chairs, Gym, basketball court, longboards.

Cons

-As an SDR your a lot of your success can be tied to which AE you cover -The location. This is something people need to be aware of if they are coming out of state. The office is located in Provo which is a heavily populated LDS Mormon area. Be prepared for a culture shock. No bars, tight nit cliquey community, not your ideal place to live if you are a twenty-something college grad. If you want to live in SLC or Park City it is quite the commute but Qualtrics accommodates with Frontrunner passes or a shuttle if you live in PC. Still, if you take the frontrunner be prepared for an hour and 20-minute commute every day. Not ideal. -Like everyone else has been saying the pay isn't great. Gotta respect their business model though, its obviously working pretty well.

Pros

I work with amazing people everyday who are ambitious and excited about their careers. I love the opportunities that the "Q" has given me especially at an entry level. Anyone at Qualtrics, big or small can contribute to changes and ideas that influence the company.

Cons

Some growing pains. Too big for our current building.

Pros

The people at Qualtrics are great: smart people who are generally rowing in the same direction. People are fun, hard-working, and great to learn from. The food, games, events, health insurance, etc. are great. The product is awesome. The company is definitely going somewhere, and it is an exciting time to be there as you can help shape something amazing.

Cons

I think that Qualtrics attracts the right people, but struggles to hold on to them. Base pay and bonus could be better, especially for people in non-sales roles. Qualtrics prides itself on being transparent but I feel that it could do much better in this.
