Used to be fine place to work, many great coworkers

Cons

When a new boss comes, politics become the only thing matters. They don't care about how to run the company better, all they care is to secure their jobs. Many people left.

Pros

Great company, strong culture, have adjusted well to the pandemic. They stay true to their values and higher extremely well qualified individuals.

Cons

Ever-increasing quotas for sales reps with tons of pressure to perform. They increase quotas but then lower compensation so that your OTE stays the same but expectations are higher. The company has aggressive growth goals but they do it at the expense of the pressure of their employees.
