Pros

Great people, catered lunch 3 days a week, free snacks and drinks.

Cons

Hard to get promotions if you're not working on the right teams. Some teams have very little visibility, and rightly so, but being on them means you have a rough time getting noticed and promoted.

Everything is out there you just have to have the motivation to go get it. Learn, execute and grow!

Cons

Women in the leadership position. The career path is very limited as managers (some homegrown) don't focus on those conversations.
