Pros

I took my dog to work everyday, they fed us 5 days a week, the grounds are completely fenced in and truly beautiful. Most of all I grew and developed as a sales person every single day.

Cons

Not a lot of personal attention from leadership, difficult to master

Pros

The engineers at the company are very intelligent, driven, and generally good to work with. Office perks don't match companies like Google, but considering the size they are doing a great job with what they have. There is a lot of product growth within the company and chances for developers to expand their skill set and take on responsibility.

Cons

Career progression is poorly defined, and the team you are on can have a big impact on how much you progress (and enjoy your work). On-call can be stressful. Some legacy parts of the code base are annoying to work with.
