Pros

Fun work environment with catered lunches and cool office perks. Benefits are great.

Cons

For what we are asked to do -- prospect, demo, contract negotiations, etc. -- you do feel underpaid with what you can get at other tech companies in the area.

Pros

It's fast paced, with a lot to do and a lot to learn. You learn something every day, and if you perform, you will have the chance to grow in your career and responsibilities. People are really passionate about what they do.

Cons

Very Sales and Engineering oriented - a con if you are not in one of those roles. Management tries to make you feel like it's the only great place to work out there in the market.

The company has between startup and mature company mentality. Pays less than mature companies and retains that feel of startup feel...It is a good place to work if you are under 30 and this is your first job...If you are more experienced in the industry, the environment may come across as a bit strange for older folks...
