Pros

- Quickly growing company with lots of opportunity - Ownership of projects if you're an engineer - Solid mentorship - 'Transparency' - Good cultural values - Good work life/balance - Everyone's super friendly

Cons

- No transparency at all with regards to RSUs. - Not a lot of transparency with regards with feature and product development. - No transparency with regards to how sales are down, but not really relevant for engineers. - Although claims to be an engineering and sales driven company, at times the latter can feel more important. - As with any company, there are office politics at play. - Seattle office is overcrowded.

Pros

The open floor plan, free food, and abundance of young talent make Qualtrics a dream for young professionals looking to get their foot in the door in tech/startups. It's a very relaxed work environment and you can wear jeans every day. Strives to be similar to the culture in Silicon Valley.

Cons

Very few processes in place (It's a young startup), lots of competition and credit-grabbing, and politics. The open floor plan became distracting at times, and it felt like I couldn't get promotions without working 80 hour weeks. In addition, the pay is poor in comparison with other companies but Qualtrics seems to think the experience of working there is worth it in itself. Everyone is on email at all hours of the night and expects you to be, too.
