Pros

There is nothing positive here.

Cons

Very buggy product. Product breaks for enterprise requirements since internally no performance testing, stress testing and API testing is done. More than the product, the people are "buggy". You have some junior members spreading lies about you. You have directors making you a scapegoat for their mistakes and your have HR appeasing upper management without even giving you an opportunity to listen to your perspective. Stay from this poisonous place.

Great team and opportunities to grow in a dynamic culture.

Cons

Absolute chaos when you are working for them because nobody knows the German jurisdiction. They act like US laws apply in Germany—that's true for how they handle their clients and employees. It's quite embarrassing, and you will need a lawyer for the smallest things.
