Pros

Their product management was excellent, in my opinion. Every cycle, they used to make goals and discuss them with us in order to seek our input on what they should do for the following cycle. They were more than willing to alter the cycle if we requested them to prioritize something different. At the conclusion of every cycle, they would send us a report or summary of their findings so that our team could begin working on solving any significant problems in parallel.
