Pros

The team I worked with was incredible, everyone communicated well and the office environment was fun for the most part.

Cons

Constant reprioritization by leadership, restructuring of teams for no apparent reason, excessive middle management (5+ layers of managers between individual contributors and leadership)

There isn't really anything special about Qualtrics anymore. Our product is great, but you won't get a great employee experience anymore.

Free snacks Nice offices Strong brand name

Cons

I struggle to know exactly why, but I think the recent focus on profits AND growth has been a challenge to juggle and lead to a fall in the employee experience. While it was a great place 5 years ago, it has not been able to maintain the same experience.
