Pros

People are friendly, encouraging and helpful.

Cons

Senior leadership isn't great and mostly operate on a toxic possibility model. They are so focused on how great they'll be in the future that they don't get the fundamentals right.

Pros

- Great people, everyone is really nice and cares about each other - Good benefits and salary - Nice offer spaces

Cons

- Spend most of your time "goal" setting or creating OKRS instead of just, doing your job. Half the quarter is spent just circling back and back over what you have done and how you will complete your goals. Never seen such obsession with quarterly goal setting, even if you achieve them (and they set impossible goal standards) your goals double the following month. - Love RTO
