Great first line leadership and team collaboration. There are some great people who truly believe in the mission and can move the needle efficiently while creating an authentic team subculture.

Cons

Poor and not existent senior and executive leadership. Oozing with religious nepotism... smoke and mirrors No genuine direction as they move the goal post to appear successful 2023 will likely be the demise of Q

For the Product Specialist position, they fostered a great sense of community among coworkers

Cons

Management for the Security Specialist position was very poor, i did not feel supported. Employees are losing faith in upper management and the choices that they make.
