Most teams seem laid back with respect to wlb Decent prospects for growth (customer retention + market dominance in category)

Cons

Work culture is heavily biased towards in-office, so not great if you want remote Inflated leveling Relatively poor developer ecosystem and infrastructure Poor leadership from c suite, especially since the CEO is so overpaid Market dominance in category might not amount to much if the category was overestimated
