      - Autonomy: I had the ability to determine my own work and drive results - Transparency: Company leaders were very transparent with expectations and overall direction of Qualtrics - People: I worked with incredibly smart and talented people who worked well as a team - Benefits - amazing benefits

      Cons

      Work life balance - sometimes the workload was rough.

      Great culture; lots of emphasis being placed on diversity & inclusion right now Strong opportunities for career growth Co-workers are so smart Product is far better than the competition Company in hyper-growth Wide range of employee benefits Senior leadership full of visionary-class talent

      Cons

      Transparency is emphasized but not reinforced; changes to org structure and policies are communicated last-minute with little insight into how decisions were made Base salary is lower than expected for a company at this scale Remote work / WFH policies from the Dark Ages Health care premiums; especially expensive for families HQ in least diverse city in the US
