Pros

- Pay is pretty good by Utah's standards. - Free lunch. - Low-level co-workers care about you and your mission.

Cons

- D.I.E. hiring and promo initiatives are racist and sexist. If you're not a "minority", you have no hope. They literally illegally have this as a criterion in their promo application. - No accountability for poor performance from senior leadership. Qualtrics has senior leaders who have never met expectations in 3+ years but continue to be given massive bonuses. - Remote workers recently got screwed by abrupt RTO
