Pros

People are top tier. very thankful to have worked with everyone on my team, smart and diligent people. Met plenty others who became friends. Seattle office is quite nice

Cons

It is clear leadership is in over their head, no clear direction with product. They keep talking about AI and other vaporware that doesn't exist yet like it's going to save the direction of the company, while continuing to neglect data platform investment leading to huge bottlenecks where we are unable to match the demands of enterprise clients who send us large amounts of data to ingest.
