Pros

-Lots of opportunities for progression. If you are a young grad and not quite sure where you want your career to go, Qualtrics is a great place to develop your skills and choose a path that suits you. -The culture is extremely friendly. People look out for each other and seem to genuinely care about each other. - Opportunities to travel are plentiful if you are a good performer - Pay for non-sales staff has improved immensely in the past year and benefits are constantly increasing - Location is fantastic with great perks like a bar and free food

Cons

- High growth means departments are often overstaffed. Depending on your role, working late can be extremely common and not reflected in pay or otherwise. - Organisation can be very sales-centric, easier to feel undervalued if you are not sales staff - Company claims to value 'transparency' and whilst this is true in many respects, there can be a frustrating lack of communication between departments and offices sometimes - Bonus structure makes it difficult for non-metric-based staff to show performance and really benefit from the bonus system - Organisation can be very US-centric, with a lack of prioritisation of EMEA-based issues. -Maternity leave policy, whilst improving, is not great

Pros

Qualtrics is one of those handful of companies growing at breakneck speed but doing it sustainably. The opportunity that comes with that for everyone is there to see and is visible in existing employee stories already. However it is tough as a result. It is also not instant and requires a commitment. However this is personally what I signed up for so am delighted. Only join if you want to add fuel to the fire and be part of a story that you will talk about for years to come.

Cons

Due to the growth there is continually a lot of stuff "broken". This can sometimes be frustrating but once again therein lies the opportunity. You can shape so much yourself. Also the company does try to self-improve constantly.

Pros

From day one at Qualtrics you will feel like you are part of a team and something very exciting. The training and support that we receive is excellent. You get 1-1 time with senior management. You can express ideas freely and openly. You are even asked to own great ideas when you come up with them so that you can make it happen. The road map to develop your career at Qualtrics is clearly outlined from day 1. It's up to you to work hard, it never goes unnoticed. From free lunch on a Friday to getting to help out at events. It's an amazing place if you want to have huge career.

Cons

The job is not easy, but I think any job worth doing should be hard. You need to be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Some days you may have to work harder to hit your targets, but in the end you are always rewarded. Being organised is key to success at Qualtrics.
