Pros

Fast promotion and huge opportunities because of their growth are the biggest and best pro's in Qualtrics. If you want to go fast (and alone), apply here. There are possibilities to go far and together but the fast-paced environment in this company is more suited for an ambitious lonely wolf.

Cons

Strict in guidelines and targets which can make it hard to get non-core related activities and achievements acknowledged. Plus, the competition can be fierce, which might seem as a con for some.

- Real quick evolution from the entry-level job (sales) - less than a year to be an AE - Great location - Fun culture, lots of young and clever people - Still in start-up and growing fast

Cons

- Management is not as transparent as advertised - Low compensation vs other tech companies in Dub - Lack of Guidance/Training - Still need a bit more support in Europe (Marketing, pre-sales...)

Great atmosphere, fun place to work Good benefits, including free city centre parking - available to everyone, not just management I really enjoyed my time working there. It was tough and really hard work, but what sales job isn't

Ramping time is challenging - everyone is regarded the same, which isn't always bad, but no exceptions can be made Difficult to move sideways within the company - once you're in a role, that's pretty much you The Calls - it's all about the calls
