-There is no standard process or guideline to work which could lead to messy projects -very sales driven and delivery team is always the team to suffer

Pros

Great local and global leadership. Good product, best in the market by a fair margin in my experience. Culture was fun. If you like chasing targets and using data, this is a great company.

Cons

Acquisition by SAP had it's downsides. Aggressive hiring did mean there was plans to make territories smaller. Had left before this became a reality in Enterprise space, but was a little concerning. Partner strategy was left a little late in our region - US/EMEA/Japan seemed to do better than AU, but AU was improving by time I left early 2022 so just a small note.
