The people - very high calibre

Cons

Very fast-paced, hard to keep up with the product and marketing hype - we're not well equipped (or internally supported) to enable customers practically. Internal processes need to mature.

Pros

Great company with the best in tech, culture and very strong leadership team. Hyper growth company which is creating an entirely new category of Experience Management (XM). Lots of opportunities to grow and develop your career with some very smart people.

Cons

Given the hyper growth nature it does mean things move very quickly so it is very fast paced which can be to much for some.
