A fantastic culture/environment, the best I have worked in over the last 10 years. The calibre of the people here is really strong due to the unique hiring process. With the planned growth of 1200 people over the next 3 years it's rapidly growing business with a lot of opportunities for career progression. The new office in North Sydney is really cool, enabling teams to work collaboratively and across functions. Regular social events and quarterly team events help new starters feel part of the business really quickly. Lots of employee benefits (including an experience bonus and free lunch every day..!). Would highly recommend if you're looking to move into XM.
