Pros

Qualtrics has a great company Culture. The company is growing very fast and therefore there is a great opportunity for personal and career growth. Solid solutions that are market changing. Be part of building something new in Dublin.

Cons

it is hard work driving into new markets but that is part of the fun in building new European business. if you are into hunting and driving new business then this could be for you....if not I would look elsewhere.

Pros

The benefits and office is good.

Cons

Politics and toxic culture, especially in Sales. No clear strategy, lots of processes are broken and inefficient, low accountability on those that don't do well, no career development and promotional opportunities, lack of leadership transparency. Lots of good people quitting across all departments, but no backfilling so resources are tight but expected to do the same work. Can't see things improving anytime soon.
