Pros

Great people across the company. Good benefits and for those starting up, chances of career progression.

Cons

Org chaos is a constant. Every year you set up plans and KPIs that will be forgotten and obsolete 9 months later. Challenging business context drives in fighting and office politics. Growth opportunities once you reach lvl 5 is incredibly limited. Everyone has to spend too much time on busywork instead of truly delivering value to customers. Leadership was full of hubris and could not take feedback (ironically).

Pros

So much change in the last few years, direct team was wonderful. Qualtrics used to have a high bar hiring policy - lots of smart, intuitive people. Strong salary and benefits.

Cons

So much change the last few years, the company struggled to find its feet and rhythm again post change. Lack of direction, revolving door of staff and leaders.
