Pros

The people on the sales team are lovely.

Cons

Unequal pay, ridiculous working hours, zero work like balance, unrealistic targets, terrible management. Prepare to receive constant messages (e.g. why haven’t you phoned anyone yet today at 9:10am). Management make promises to promote which they do not keep. Management promote based on who you know and who they like rather then performance.
