Great benefits, smart people, fun culture

Cons

Some systems and processes are broken and seem very difficult to fix/ it's hard to motivate employees to come up with solutions to fix them. Work can as a result seem a bit overwhelming at times - it's harder than it should be to get answers to simple questions and solve simple problems for customers.
