Pros

Great atmosphere with peers, easygoing and great people make up for the pros of the company. It is very transparent company with regards to department communication and overall results. Growing rapidly, room for maneuver and career progression.

Cons

Rapidly expanding and career progression getting more strict in processes. Very metrics oriented in the specific department, everything is metrics and relies in metrics that not always will give qualitative data towards how good a person is at their job or how much would they be suited for a more responsibility role. Management starting to clash with the easygoing culture.

Pros

Best reasons... some of the people are really talented. Some of the best salesmen on earth Sales based, the whole company is sales Utah is interesting, ambitious culture Such good snacks Unique culture They are turning a profit, they are the big name here in Utah, one of the biggest home grown companies out of utah, valued a few billion dollars

Cons

I felt like the leaders there were compensating for not making their high school football team They are elitests, and now have a "my way is the only that works, bro" attitude They dont allow you to really explore methods that work The best can fly under the radar doing what actually works The mediocre have to use the proven methods, eliminating growth for themselves & company ^^^^ is poor leadership they hurt themselves. Must do exactly what they say, your talents are void if you dont
