Pros

-great culture -amazing benefits -fantastic leaders/founders -trajectory (company is absolutely killing it) -great product -unbiased sales promotions -competitive compensation -massage chairs -company is actually profitable unlike other tech companies (in Utah or Silicon Valley)

Cons

Difficult for new reps to ramp up. Many of tenured reps have the best accounts Typical growing pains like constant change in accounts, territories, etc. Expect to make a lot of phone calls as you ramp (100+per day) Difficult to coordinate with other teams to sell larger enterprise deals.

Pros

Great team of people to work with. Not your typical sales environment.

Cons

Ridiculous metrics and targets in complete market acquisition mode. OTE is very hard to achieve, and very little autonomy to decide how to operate your daily job.
